Round 14 was a night of some very close matches.
In A Grade the set scores were both 5/3 with 10 points or less claiming the 2 bonus points for each of the winning sides. A Grade will play one more round before heading into finals.

B Grade reached the end of their Home & Away season and with some similar results.
In the Traralgon White V Flynn Gormy match the sides were locked at 4 sets a piece, with Flynn Gormy taking the bonus sets with an 11 point win.
The Yallourn V Flynn Port Match was much closer on game points with only 3 game points separating the 2 teams at the end of the night. Yallourn finished the night 1 set ahead and also claimed the bonus points.
Flynn Fire was overcome by a stronger Traralgon Maroon Team on the night. They won one set for the night and narrowly lost one 32/34.

This coming week will see the top 4 B Grade Teams play in the first round of finals at the Gippsland Regional Indoor Sports Stadium (GRISS), Traralgon.

Flynn Gormy V Yallourn – Winner into Prelimary Final, Loser Eliminated

Flynn Port, Flynn Fire & Traralgon White are reminded that they need to supply umpires for the first round of finals. If you could bring your score books along that would be great.
